摘要
大学生创新能力培养是高校人才培养的重要内容之一,是新时期对人才素养提出的新要求。高校重点实验室在大学生创新能力培养中发挥着积极的作用。文章以野生动植物物证技术国家林业和草原局重点实验室为例,探讨了高校重点实验室在大学生创新能力培养中作用与重要性,同时结合学校实际提出了相应的大学生创新能力提升与培养的模式。同时还对当前重点实验室在培养大学生创新能力培养过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了相应的解决对策。
The cultivation of innovation ability for college students is one of the important contents of talent training in university,which is also a new requirement for talents in the new era.Key laboratory of university plays a positive role in cultivating innovation ability of college students.In this study,we take Key Laboratory of State Forest and Grassland Administration on Wildlife Evidence Technology as a case to illustrate the importance of key lab as a platform for the talent trainings.Three models of cultivation for innovation ability of college student had been proposed.At the same time,current issues in the key laboratory were discussed and appropriate measures were presented also.
