摘要
超级铜是指具备超高强度、高导电性、高导热性、高电磁屏蔽性能等优异综合性能的铜基材料。本文从合金种类、研究现状等方面对超级铜进行了综述,并对稀土超级铜的研究和应用前景进行了展望。研究与开发稀土超级铜材料对铜产业升级和稀土产业健康发展有至关重要的作用。
Ultra-Copper is a kind of Cu based material with excellent comprehensive performances such as ultra-high strengthen,high conductivity,high heat conductivity and high electromagnetic shielding. The paper summarized the alloy types,research status of Ultra-Copper. Meanwhile,the research and application of rare earth in Ultra-Copper has been expected. The research and development of RE Ultra-Copper materials plays important roles for the industry upgrading of copper and the healthy development of rare earth industry.
