摘要
海上某平台有4台吊机,其中电动吊机和柴油吊机各2台,连续3年发现4台吊机的将军柱底部筋板焊缝部位存在不同程度的裂纹,同时还发现有筋板数量不足、无应力释放孔等问题。对比平台吊机在建造期间的设计和施工资料,利用数学近似的方法对真实物理系统(几何和载荷工况)进行建模分析,证明现有设计存在应力集中、焊缝疲劳裂纹的情况,通过有限元分析对筋板重新设计,提出了优化建议。
There are four cranes on an offshore platform,two of which are electric cranes and two of which are diesel cranes.In three consecutive years,different degrees of cracks were found in the welding seams of the reinforcement plates at the bottom of the general column,and problems such as insufficient number of reinforcement plates and no stress release holes were also found.Compared with the design and construction data of the platform crane during the construction period,the mathematical approximation method is used to model and analyze the real physical system(geometry and load conditions).It is proved that there are stress concentration and weld fatigue cracks in the existing design.The reinforcement plates are redesigned based finite element analysis,and optimization suggestions are put forward.
