摘要
小学是学生素质发展的敏感期,抓住敏感期进行训练能够起到事半功倍的效果。家校协作模式下小学体育家庭作业的实施,有针对性地对包括柔韧性、速度、协调、耐力等素质内容进行趣味、科学的训练,在提升学生体质健康水平的同时,能够促进家长与学生的和谐相处,提升学生的自主学习能力。
Primary school is a sensitive period for the development of students'quality.Seizing the sensitive period for training can get twice the result with half the effort.The implementation of primary school physical homework under the home-school collaboration model provides targeted and interesting and scientific training on qualities including flexibility,speed,coordination,endurance,etc,which can promote both parents and students while improving students’physical health.The harmonious coexistence of students can enhance students’independent learning ability.
