老年冠心病患者血清S100A12、sRAGE、Angptl4水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的分析冠心病(CHD)患者血清S100A12、可溶性糖基化终产物受体(sRAGE)、血管生成素样蛋白4(Angptl4)水平与冠脉狭窄程度的关系。方法收集2018年4月至2019年1月我院心内科收治且行冠脉造影的120例老年CHD患者的临床资料,作为CHD组,选取同期体检的正常健康人30例作为对照组,均检测血清S100A12、sRAGE、Angptl4水平,依据CHD类型分为稳定性心绞痛(n=76)与急性冠脉综合征组(n=44),依据冠脉造影Gensini评分将CHD患者分为低危组(n=37)、中危组(n=51)与高危组(n=32),比较不同类型CHD及不同狭窄程度CHD患者血清S100A12、sRAGE、Angptl4水平的差异,分析三者与冠脉Gensini评分的相关性。结果CHD患者血清S100A12高于对照组,sRAGE、Angptl4低于对照组(P<0.05);急性冠脉综合征患者血清S100A12高于稳定性心绞痛,sRAGE、Angptl4低于稳定性心绞痛(P<0.05);S100A12比较:高危组>中危组>低危组(P<0.05),sRAGE、Angptl4比较:高危组<中危组<低危组(P<0.05);S100A12与Gensini评分呈正相关(P<0.05),与sRAGE、Angptl4呈负相关(P<0.05);sRAGE、Angptl4与Gensini评分呈负相关(P<0.05);Angptl4与sRAGE呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论老年CHD患者血清S100A12呈异常高表达,sRAGE、Angtl4呈异常低表达,三者均与冠脉狭窄程度有关,可能参与冠脉病变进展过程。 Objective To analyze the relationship between levels of serum S100A12,soluble receptor for advanced glycation endproducts(sRAGE),angiopoietin-like protein 4(Angptl4)and the degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The clinical data of 120 elderly patients with CHD who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the hospital from April,2018 to January,2019 and underwent coronary angiography were collected.All patients were included in the CHD group,while 30 healthy people underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Levels of S100A12,sRAGE and Angptl4 were detected in all patients.According to the type of CHD,the patients were divided into the stable angina pectoris group(n=76)and acute coronary syndrome group(n=44).Patients with CHD were divided into the low-risk group(n=37),middle-risk group(n=51)and high-risk group(n=32),according to coronary angiography Gensini score.Levels of serum S100A12,sRAGE and Angptl4 were compared among patients with different types of CHD and patients with CHD and different degrees of stenosis.The correlation between the three markers and coronary Gensini scores was analyzed.Results Serum S100A12 in patients with CHD was higher than that in the control group,while sRAGE and Angptl4 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum S100A12 was higher in the acute coronary syndrome group than the stable angina pectoris group,while sRAGE and Angptl4 were lower than the stable angina pectoris group(P<0.05).S100A12 was the highest in the high-risk group,followed by the middle-risk group and low-risk group(P<0.05).However,sRAGE and Angptl4 were the lowest in the high-risk group,followed by the middle-risk group and low-risk group(P<0.05).S100A12 was positively correlated with Gensini score(P<0.05),while negatively correlated with sRAGE and Angptl4(P<0.05).SRAGE and Angptl4 were negatively correlated with Gensini score(P<0.05).Angptl4 was positively correlated with sRAGE(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum S100A12 is abnormally high while sRAGE and Angtl4 are abnormally low in elderly patients with CHD.All three markers are related to the degree of coronary stenosis and may participate in the progression of CHD.
