摘要
目的研究精细化管理在静脉药物集中调配中心(PIVAS)化疗药物调配中的应用效果.方法回顾性分析PIVAS 2019年化疗药物调配中出现的问题,其中2019年1月~6月实施常规管理,2019年7月~12月实施精细化管理,比较精细化管理前后化疗药物调配中不良事件发生率、出门差错率及满意度.结果实施精细化管理后,化疗药物调配不良事件发生率为0.36‰、出门差错率为0.12‰,均分别低于实施前的1.43‰、0.95‰(P<0.05);实施精细化管理后,本科科室医务人员、临床科室医务人员、住院患者满意度分别为100.00%、98.33%、97.33%,均高于实施前的60.00%、88.33%、81.33%(P<0.05).结论精细化管理有助于降低PIVAS化疗药物调配中不良事件发生率、出门差错率,并有利于提升本科科室与临床科室医务人员及住院患者满意度.
Objective To study the application and effect of meticulous management in the allocation of chemotherapeutic drugs in the central pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).Methods The problems in PIVAS chemotherapy drug deployment in 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.Routine management was implemented from January to June in 2019,and fine management was implemented from July to December in 2019.The incidence of adverse events,error rate and satisfaction in chemotherapy drug deployment before and after fine management were compared.Results After the implementation of fine management,the incidence of adverse events and the error rate of leaving home were 0.36%r and 0.12%c,respectively,which were lower than 1.43‰and 0.95‰(P<0.05).After the implemenlation of fine management,the satisfaction cf medical staff in undergraduate department,clinical department and inpatient were 100.00%,98.33%and 97.33%respectively,which were higher than 60.00%.88.33%and 81.33%before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine management is helpful to reduce the incidence of adverse events and error rate in PIVAS chemotherapy drug deployment,and improve the salisfaclion of medical staff and inpatients in undergraduate and clinical departments.
