摘要
本研究基于"戴明环"构建了北京大学第三医院临床医学专业研究生导师培训体系,从顶层设计、培训实施、效果反馈与改进4个主要环节进行质量改进的实践,培训效果良好。临床医学专业研究生导师队伍建设应当建立完整、规范、科学的导师培训体系,完善管理制度,提高培训团队整体素质,加强培训内涵建设,全面提高培训质量。
This study is aiming for improving the capacity building of graduate supervisors of clinical medicine through application of“Deming cycle”in Peking University Third Hospital.The improvement of training outcome is focused on four issues as top-level design,training implementation,feedback and improvement.The study showed that the training system for graduates'supervisors based on Deming cycle is effective.Medical schools should establish a complete,standardized and scientific training system for the construction of supervisors'team by improving the management system,the overall quality of the training team,and strengthening the construction of the training connotation.Thus comprehensively improving the quality of training.
