摘要 新型实验室XFD单槽浮选机技术创新及改进对实验室选矿技术的发展至关重要。浮选机的效率是判断该产品性能优良的主要指标之一,通过优化定子与转子的结构来实现单槽浮选机的效率提升。同时通过优化刮泡机构的固定装置,使得刮泡结构简单便于安装调试,且采用变频器控制实现电机无极调速,大大简化单槽浮选机的结构,满足不同科研机构多样化的实验需求。 The innovation and improvement of new laboratory XFD single tank floatation machine is very important to the development of laboratory beneficiation technology.The efficiency of single tank flotation machine is one of the main indexes to judge the performance of the product.In this paper,the efficiency of single slot flotation machine is improved by optimizing the structure of stator and rotor.At the same time,by optimizing the fixed device of the scraper mechanism,the scraper structure is simple and easy to install and adjust,and the inverter control is adopted to realize thestepless speed regulation of the motor,which greatly simplifies the structure of the single slot floatation machine and can meet the diverse experimental needs of different scientific research institutions.
