摘要
用动物胶凝聚重量法测定硅酸盐岩石中的二氧化硅含量,但是此方法分析流程长,凝聚条件苛刻且难以控制,凝聚程度不够完全,并且滤液中常含有少量杂质使分析结果偏低。通过氢氧化钠熔样,采用聚乙二醇凝聚硅酸盐中SiO2,使分析流程进一步简化,分析条件容易控制,结果准确可靠,满足一般硅酸盐、硅质岩中SiO2分析要求。相对标准偏差<1%。经国家一级标准物质验证,相对误差<0.20%,精密度允许限Yb符合规范要求。
Animal gel agglomeration method as the national standard method is commonly used to determine silica(SiO2)in silicate,but its analysis process is long,the agglomeration conditions were harsh and difficult to control,the degree of agglomeration is not complete,and the filtrate often contains a small amount of SiO2 to make the analysis result is low.In research,polyethylene glycol is used to condense SiO2 in silicate through sodium hydroxide fusion sample.This analysis process is further simplified,the analysis conditions are easy to control,and the results are accurate and reliable to meets the requirements of SiO2 analysis in general silicate and siliceous rock.The relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 1%.It has been verified by national first-level standard substance that the relative error(RE)is less than 0.20%and the allowable precision limit Yb meets the requirements.
