摘要
目的基于数据挖掘技术回顾性分析中医药治疗艾滋病组方的用药规律。方法对新疆维吾尔自治区第六人民医院2018年1-12月住院治疗艾滋病的638张有效中药处方进行回顾性研究,通过Microsoft Excel对中药进行药类、四气五味、归经的频次统计分析,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0进行关联规则及网络视图分析,IBM SPSS 20.0进行聚类分析,来研究治疗艾滋病核心用药规律及探讨其合理性。结果638张有效中药处方中,治疗艾滋病药性:补虚药24.02%,活血化瘀药12.53%,清热药11.47%;药物归经:脾经29.28%,肝经20.52%;四气五味:中性温50.26%、甘33.86%;核心中药:甘草(蜜)、茯苓、当归、陈皮、炒白术、柴胡、桃仁、红花、川芎。结论新疆维吾尔自治区第六人民医院在艾滋病长期治疗上遵循攻补兼施,扶正与祛邪并用,采用调理脾胃、补气血调阴阳、活血化瘀止痛之法进行内外同治,与艾滋病病机相一致,为艾滋病的中药治疗提供用药思路。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the rule of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in AIDS based on data mining technique.Methods The 638 TCM prescriptions for AIDS patients hospitalized in the Sixth People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were retrospectively studied.Microsoft Excel was used to carry out frequency statistics of medicine class,four natures and five flavors,and meridian tropism of the herbs.IBM Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 20.0 was used for the association rule analysis and cluster analysis to study the rules and rationality of core medication for AIDS treatment.Results The herbs used to treat AIDS mainly focused on tonic medicine(24.02%),blood-invigorating and stasis-dissolving medicine(12.53%),and heat-cleaning medicine(11.47%).The meridian tropism of the herbs mainly focused on spleen(29.28%),and liver(20.52%).While four natures and five flavors mainly focused on warmth(50.26%)and sweet(33.86%).Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizomapraeparata cum melle,poria,angelicae sinensis radix,citri reticulatae pericarpium,atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma,bupleuri radix,persicae semen,carthami flos,chuanxiong rhizoma were the core herbs commonly used to treat AIDS clinically.Conclusion In the long-term treatment of AIDS,we should follow the combination of attack and compensation,and use the methods of invigorating the spleen and stomach,regulating Yin and Yang,invigorating Qi and blood,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,which matches the pathogenesis of AIDS and provides new ideas of TCM for the treatment of AIDS with TCM.
