摘要
新经济的发展需要大量具有跨界融合能力的人才,民办高职院校因其自身鲜明的办学特点理应为新经济的发展提供巨大的人力资源支撑。现实情况是民办高职院校在人才培养模式上与地方经济社会发展对人才需求的质量规格与数量要求有一定的差距,人才供给的有效性较差。作为技术技能型人才供给的主体之一,民办高职院校具有创新人才培养模式和转型发展的内在动力,需要从规模效益型向质量效益型转轨,在制度建设上加强对人才培养模式创新的引导,形成良好的体制机制,凝聚办学特色,打造品牌专业,做好产教对接,实现技术技能型人才的精准供给。
The development of the new economy needs a large number of talents with the ability of cross⁃industry integration.Private higher vocational colleges should provide huge human resources support for the development of the new economy due to their distinctive school⁃running characteristics.In reality,there is a certain gap between the talent training model of private higher vocational colleges and the quality and quantity requirements of local economic and social development,and the effectiveness of talent supply is poor.As one of the main supply of technical and skilled talents,private higher vocational colleges have the inherent motivation for innovative talent training models and transformationdevelopment.They need to transfer from the scale⁃effective type to the quality⁃effective,to strengthen the guidance of talent training mode innovation in system construction,to form a good system and mechanism,to condense school⁃running characteristics,to create brand specialties,to do a good job in the docking of production and education,and to realize the goal of the precise supply of technical and skilled talents.
