造纸污泥陶粒混凝土的制备及在轻质自保温墙体材料中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 以造纸污泥为原料制备出级配良好的陶粒细集料(0~5 mm)和陶粒粗集料(5~20 mm),确定适宜的造纸污泥轻质陶粒混凝土制备工艺并用于制备新型绿色自保温墙体材料。优化的造纸污泥陶粒混凝土配比及工艺为:水泥264 kg/m^(3),粉煤灰66 kg/m^(3),陶粒细集料493 kg/m^(3),陶粒粗集料431 kg/m^(3),预湿水107 kg/m^(3),拌合水103 kg/m^(3),减水剂8.25 kg/m^(3),造纸污泥陶粒预湿24 h饱水后再与胶凝材料拌和。以造纸污泥陶粒混凝土制备轻质自保温墙体砌块,抗压强度能够达到MU5.0级的要求,传热系数为0.39 W/(m^(2)·K),符合JGJ 26—2018《严寒和寒冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》的要求。 Fine ceramsite aggregate(0~5 mm)and coarse ceramsite aggregate(5~20 mm)with good grading were prepared from paper mill sludge.Then the suitable preparation technology of lightweight ceramsite concrete from paper mill sludge was determined and used to prepare green self-insulation wall materials.The optimized proportion and process of paper mill ceramsite concrete:cement 264 kg/m^(3),fly ash 66 kg/m^(3),ceramsite fine aggregate 493 kg/m^(3),ceramsite coarse aggregate 431 kg/m^(3),pre wetting water 107 kg/m^(3),mixing water 103 kg/m^(3),water reducing agent 8.25 kg/m^(3),the paper mill ceramsite pre-wetted for 24 hours and then mixed with cementitious materials.The lightweight self insulation wall block from paper mill ceramsite concrete can fulfill the requirements of MU5.0 and the thermal conductivity coefficient 0.39 W/(m^(2)·K)can meet the requirements of the demands of energy-efficiency in cold zones of JGJ 26—2018"Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in severe cold and cold zones".
