摘要
三调成果是重要的国土空间大数据库,开展三调数据的共享应用服务,可提高数据资源利用率,充分发挥数据价值。针对重庆市二调数据共享中存在的数出多门、开放共享不足、深化应用不足等问题,分析三调数据的优势及应用服务价值,最终结合重庆市的实际情况,提出集合了数据资源目录建立、共享服务平台搭建、产品服务多样化、数据安全机制建立、数据更新机制建立、高效共享服务流程制定这六大板块的三调数据开放共享服务模式。
The results of Third National Land Survey are an important large database of land and space.And the data sharing and applications can improve the utilization of data resources and give full play to the value of data.Aiming at the problems of multiple resources,insufficient open sharing,and inadequate application in the Second National Land Survey data sharing in Chongqing,this paper analyzes the advantages of the Third National Land Survey data and the value of application services.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Chongqing,a data-shared service model have established,which includes establishment of resource catalog,data-shared service platforms,diversification of product services,establishment of data security mechanisms,establishment of data update mechanisms,and establishment of efficient service processes.
