摘要
针对当前城市地下管线管理存在的问题以及BIM技术的应用现状,以广州市某隧道工程迁改项目为例,提出了BIM技术在城市地下管线迁改项目全过程管理中的应用内容及应用方法,并具体阐述了BIM技术在地下管线迁改工作中辅助设计、碰撞核查、工程量统计、自动出图、施工模拟、竣工测量交付等各个环节的应用,最终形成了一套涵盖设计、施工及竣工交付的地下管线BIM全过程应用体系。同时,结合具体案例,针对管线BIM建模效率低,项目工程量统计困难等问题,开发了BIM定制自动化工具,极大提高了管线迁改管理工作的效率,也为后续地下管线BIM应用提供参考和借鉴。
Focus on the existing problems in the management of urban underground pipelines and the status quo of BIM technology application.Meanwhile,taking a Guangzhou tunnel engineering relocation project as an example,put forward the application of BIM technology in the whole process management of urban underground pipeline relocation projects,and expound the application of BIM technology in various links such as auxiliary design,collision verification,engineering quantity statistics,automatic drawing,construction simulation,and completion measurement delivery in underground pipeline relocation and reform work.Eventually,a full-process application system covering design,construction,and completion and delivery has been formed.At the same time,BIM customized automation tools have been developed in combination with the application requirements of specific cases and the characteristics of urban underground pipelines,which greatly improves the efficiency of pipeline relocation management and also provides reference for the subsequent BIM application in underground pipeline project.
