栎生侧耳降解秸秆过程中纤维素酶活性变化规律

摘要 栎生侧耳(Pleurotus dryinus)可以通过分泌纤维素酶降解农作物秸秆,以获取秸秆中的营养成分供自身生长和发育,这为食用菌利用玉米秸秆生物质资源提供了重要的理论依据。选取栎生侧耳作为秸秆降解株,分析不同培养基下不同天数的纤维素酶酶活变化及特性,得出栎生侧耳酶活变化规律。得出纤维素酶活性较高的培养基成分是构树与玉米秸秆配比5∶5优于7.5∶2.5,7.5∶2.5优于8∶1。 Pleurotus dryinus can degrade the crop straw by secreting cellulase to obtain the nutrients in the straw for its own growth and development.This provides an important theoretical basis for the use of corn stover biomass resources by edible fungi.In this experiment,the side ear was selected as the straw degrading strain.The changes of cellulase activity and characteristics of different days under different culture media were analyzed,and the axillary side ear was obtained.The law of enzyme activity changes.It was found that the medium with higher cellulase activity was that the ratio of mulberry to corn stalk was 5:5 better than 7.5:2.5,7.5:2.5 was better than 8:1.
