摘要
研制可视化动水条件下单裂隙注浆堵水模型,并进行验证模拟试验,结果表明该模型试验系统能直观地观察动水下浆液注入裂隙后的扩散过程和规律。动水流速是影响注浆材料堵水效果的最重要因素,裂隙张开度次之。通过实时监测裂隙中凝胶分布、末端液体流量以及堵水率将浆液堵水效果分为较好、一般、较差、失败4个等级。
The visual model of single crack grouting under flowing water condition was developed and verified by simulation test.The test results show that the model test system can be used to observe the diffusion process and diffusion regularity directly after injecting into the crack.The velocity of flowing water is the most important factor that affects the water blocking effect of grouting materials,then opening degree of crack.Through real-time monitoring of gel distribution,end liquid flow and water shutoff rate in the crack,the water shutoff effect of slurry is divided into 4 levels,which is good,average,poor and failure.
