摘要
转晶釜是加压水热法生产α高强石膏工艺的关键设备。从设备材质选择、搅拌器型式、搅拌轴密封型式、加热方式、内壁清洗、卸料方式等多个角度对转晶釜设计进行分析,为设备进一步优化提供支撑。
The crystallizing kettle is the key equipment for the process of producingαhigh-strength gypsum by pressurized hydrothermal method.The crystallizing kettle is analyzed from the aspects of equipment material selection,agitator type,agi⁃tating shaft sealing type,heating method,inner wall cleaning,and discharge method.Design analysis is performed for fur⁃ther optimization of equipment.
