摘要 目的调查临沂市2017年-2018年常见食品中铅、镉、汞等重金属和砷的污染现状。方法按照国家标准检测方法检测食品中铅、镉、汞、砷的含量,并对检测结果评价。结果检测食品575份,共检测铅、镉、汞、砷2 285项次,检出铅、镉、汞、砷114项次,总检出率为4.98%,超标8项次,总超标率为0.35%。各监测项目中超标率从高到低依次为铅、镉、汞、砷,各类监测食品中,检出率从高到低依次为茶叶、豆类、蔬菜、水果,其余未检出。共检测食品中铅样品560份,5份超标样品,超标率为0.89%,其中豆类样品超标率最高,为3.00%;共检测食品中镉样品575份,3份超标样品,超标率为0.52%,其中豆类样品超标率最高,为1.00%;共检测食品中汞、砷样品575份,均未超标。结论临沂市常见食品中重金属和砷的污染程度较低,但仍存在一定程度的重金属污染,应引起关注并加强监管。 Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the contamination of arsenic and heavy metals such as lead,cadmium,mercury and arsenic in common food in Linyi from 2017 to 2018. Methods The contents of lead,cadmium,mercury and arsenic in food were determined according to the national standards,and the results were evaluated according to the national standards. Results A total of 575 samples of lead,cadmium,mercury and arsenic were collected for the detection of2 285 items. Lead,cadmium,mercury and arsenic were detected in 114 items,with the total detection rate of 4. 98%. 8 items exceeded the national hygienic standard,with the total over-limit rate of 0. 35%. The over-limit rates were lead,cadmium,mercury and arsenic from high to low in each monitoring item. In all kinds of foods,the detection rates from high to low were observed in tea,legumes,vegetables,fruits,and the rest were not detected. A total of 560 samples were detected,and lead in5 samples exceeded the national hygienic standard,with the total over-limit rate of 0. 89%. The highest over-limit rate was3. 00% for beans. Cadmium was detected in 575 samples,and 3 samples exceeded the national hygienic standard. The over-limit rate was 0. 52%. The highest over-limit rate was 1. 00% for beans. A total of 575 samples of mercury and arsenic were detected,which did not exceed the national hygienic standard. Conclusion The status of heavy metal and arsenic contamination in common food in Linyi is less sever,but a certain degree of residue is detected. Attention should be paid to and supervision should be strengthened in heavy metal contamination.
