摘要 介绍了FLUKE电能分析仪的功能,应用FLUKE电能分析仪测试了某给料破碎机空载功率,分析了给料破碎机运输空载时功率偏高的原因,提出了处理措施,解决了运输空载时电机功率偏高问题,提高了给料破碎机的质量和可靠性。 The function of the FLUKE electric energy analyzer is introduced.The FLUKE electric energy analyzer is used to test the no-load power of a feeder crusher.The reason for the high power of the feeder crusher when transported without load is analyzed,and the treatment measures are proposed.Solve the problem of high motor power when transporting with no load.Improve the quality and reliability of the feed crusher.
