摘要 塔山煤矿为防止8116工作面在初采期间老顶初次折断距离较大,确保初采期间古塘悬板及时垮落,在切眼采煤侧施工二氧化碳致裂钻孔,采用二氧化碳预裂爆破强制放顶技术破坏其完整性,使其提前垮落。应用效果表明,该技术能够从根本上解决了综放工作面在初采期间老顶集中垮落造成了强矿压显现问题及瓦斯异常涌出问题。 In Tashan Coal Mine,in order to prevent the large initial breaking distance of the old roof during the initial mining of the 8116 working face,and to ensure that the ancient tang suspension slab collapses in time during the initial mining,a carbon dioxide cracking hole is constructed on the coal side of the off-cut,and carbon dioxide pre-cracking is used.Blasting forced roofing technology destroys its integrity and causes it to collapse prematurely.The application effect shows that the technology can fundamentally solve the problem of strong underground pressure and abnormal gas emission caused by the concentrated collapse of the old roof during the initial mining of the fully mechanized caving face.
