摘要 带式输送机是井下运输系统的主要设备,承担着绝大多数运输任务,因工作环境恶劣,且长期处于不间断、高负荷运行状态,故障频发,直接影响煤矿运输系统效率,间接导致影响煤炭采出效率低下。结合莒山煤矿15号煤运输大巷实际,通过分析研究主要故障类型、产生原因、影响因素等,通过引入智能控制单元,针对性提出解决办法,实现对带式运输机运行状态的实时监控、应急预警,有效提升矿井运输效率。 Belt conveyor is the main equipment of underground transportation system,which undertakes the vast majority of transportation tasks.Due to the bad working environment,and long-term uninterrupted and high load operation state,frequent failures directly affect the efficiency of coal transportation system,and indirectly lead to low efficiency of coal mining.Combined with the actual situation of No.15 coal transportation roadway in Jushan Coal Mine,through the analysis and Research on the main fault types,causes and influencing factors,the solutions are put forward.Through the introduction of intelligent control unit,the real-time monitoring and emergency warning of belt conveyor operation status are realized,and the mine transportation efficiency is effectively improved.
