摘要
通过对电力变压器的降噪情况进行分析,探讨电力变压器外声场的辐射噪声传播问题。采用ANSYS workbench建立了220 kV的简化变压器模型,将该仿真模型导入到声学软件LMS Virtual.Lab中,运用直接边界元法进行有限元网格划分,对变压器振动产生的噪声辐射的情况进行了仿真计算。最后,对噪声传播声场的特性进行分析,并预测了变压器周围的噪声值,由预测可知不同部位的声压值变化较快。研究得出的相关结果可以为220 kV电力变压器的降噪提供参考。
By analyzing the current noise reduction of power transformers,the problem of noise radiation propagation in the current external sound field of power transformers is discussed.A simplified 220 kV transformer model was established by using ANSYS workbench,and the simulation model was imported into the acoustic software LMS Virtual.Lab.The direct boundary element method was used for finite element meshing,and the vibration of the transformer surface was simulated and calculated.Finally,the characteristics of the noise radiation and propagation sound field has been analyzed,and the radiated noise value around the transformer has been predicted.It can be concluded that the sound pressure value of different parts changes rapidly.The obtained relevant results can provide a corresponding theoretical basis for the noise reduction of 220 kV power transformers.
