油菜联合收获籽粒受力分析及损伤评价

摘要 针对油菜联合收获籽粒损伤问题,基于脱粒元件与籽粒碰撞,分析联合收获中籽粒承受打击、揉搓、振动等受力情况,得出脱粒装置与籽粒碰撞时产生的最大法向接触压力和最大法向压缩量计算公式;分析入射角对籽粒碰撞的影响,得出切向力和切向位移计算公式,指出籽粒可能产生破壳损伤的临界状态。采用标准损伤指数Ds和标准损伤指数增量ΔDs评价脱粒分离装置对籽粒的损伤程度,提出油菜籽粒损伤评价标准。该研究可为油菜联合收获设备的研发提供一定的理论参考。 Aiming at the problem of seed damage in rape combined harvest.Based on the collision between threshing elements and grains,the maximum normal contact pressure and the maximum normal compression of the threshing device were obtained by analyzing the stress conditions of the grain under compression such as impact,kneading and vibration.The influence of incident angle on grain collision was analyzed,and the calculation formulas of tangential force and tangential displacement ware obtained,and the critical state of grain shell damage was pointed out.The standard damage index DS and the standard damage index incrementΔDS were used to evaluate the damage degree of rape seeds caused by threshing separation devices,and the evaluation standard for rape seed damage was proposed.This study provides certain theoretical reference for the development of combined rape harvesters.
