摘要
驱动电机控制器是混联混动汽车最复杂的电器件之一,按照GB/T 36282-2018对混联混动驱动电机系统的EMC要求,简述了对应系统的EMC测试布局。通过分析驱动电机系统的主、配部件,及传导与辐射干扰对测试布局的影响,从而定义了系统的EMC测试工况并进行了验证,以确保测试工况正常运行。
The drive motor controller is one of the most complex electrical components of the hybrid vehicle.According to the EMC requirements of GB/T 36282-2018 for the hybrid drive motor system,the EMC test layout of the corresponding system is briefly described.Through the analysis of the main and auxiliary parts of the drive motor system,and the influence of conduction and radiation interference on the test layout,the EMC test condition of the system is defined and verified to ensure the normal operation of the test condition.
