摘要
外高桥保税区通用厂房改扩建工程属于结构加固改造工程。基础加固采用了变刚度调平理论和静压锚杆桩加固方法,结构体系由原设计的混凝土框架改造成屈曲约束钢支撑-现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,支撑与既有混凝土结构连接采用了钢-混凝土组合结构加固方法,加层中的新旧混凝土框架柱采用了植筋和核心区域扩大截面方法。通过加固整体结构和构件,比较了既有结构和加固后的整体结构主要参数指标和动力特性。结果表明,结构体系的改变和结构加固方法能够满足现有主要抗震规范和规程的要求,结构抗震性能得以改善,结构安全可靠。
The reconstruction and expansion project of general factory in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone belongs to structural reinforcement and reconstruction project. The foundation reinforcement adopted the variable stiffness leveling theory and the static pressure anchor pile reinforcement method. The structural system was transformed from the originally designed concrete frame into steel buckling restrained braces and cast reinforced concrete frame structure. The braces were connected with the existing concrete structure using a steel-concrete composite structure reinforcement method. The new and old concrete frame columns in the added story adopted the method of planting reinforcement and expanding the section of the core area. By strengthening the overall structure and components, the main parameters and dynamic characteristics of the existing structure and the reinforced overall structure were compared. The results show that the structural system changes and structural reinforcement methods can meet the requirements of the existing main seismic codes and regulations, the seismic performance of the structure is improved, and the structure is safe and reliable.
