摘要
免疫失衡机制在哮喘的发病中占有主导地位,既往认为Th1/Th2比例失衡是哮喘的主要免疫发病机制,但近年来,Th17/Treg免疫失衡与哮喘关系的研究越来越多,大量的实验和临床研究表明:Th17细胞比例的上调、Treg细胞比例的下降导致的Th17/Treg免疫失衡与哮喘发病和严重程度密切相关。中医药治疗哮喘历史悠久,利用现代科学技术来阐释中医药治疗哮喘的机制是现阶段研究的热点,不仅为中医药治疗哮喘赋予科学内涵,也为更多的哮喘患者带来福音。本文通过阐释Th17、Treg细胞在哮喘中的作用,对近十年来中医药对哮喘Th17/Treg免疫失衡影响的研究进展进行综述,以供同仁互鉴。
Immune imbalance plays a dominant role in the onset of asthma, and an imbalance in the Th1/Th2 ratio was previously considered to be the main immunopathogenic mechanism of asthma. However, in recent years, the research on the relationship between Th17/Treg immune imbalance and asthma has been increasing, and a large number of experiments and clinical studies have shown that Th17/Treg immune imbalance caused by the upregulation of Th17 cell ratio and the decrease of Treg cell ratio is closely related to the onset and severity of asthma. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating asthma. The use of modern science and technology to explain the mechanism of TCM treatment of asthma is a hot topic at present. It not only gives scientific meaning to TCM treatment of asthma, but also brings good news to more asthma patients. In this paper, by expounding the role of Th17 and Treg cells in asthma,the research progress of the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on the balance of asthma Th17/Treg in the past decade is reviewed for peer review.
