摘要
基于2016年全国流动人口动态监测数据,综合运用Probit模型、工具变量法和交互效应检验,分析3岁以下随迁子女的父职照料对流动女性就业参与的影响程度以及这种影响的代际和户籍异质性,并进一步检验了家庭特征的调节作用。研究结果显示,3岁以下随迁子女父职照料对流动女性就业参与存在显著的正向激励。相较于母亲单独照料3岁以下随迁子女,父职照料使流动女性就业参与的概率提升约35.4%,且这种影响存在代际和户籍方面的异质性。此外,进一步的交互效应检验还发现,家庭经济状况和最小随迁子女年龄发挥着正向调节作用,即3岁以下随迁子女父职照料对流动女性就业参与的正向影响,会因为家庭经济状况越好和3岁以下随迁子女的年龄越大而越明显。
Based on the data of 2016 China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS),this paper uses Probit model,instrumental variable method and interaction effect test to analyze the influence of father care for the migrant children under 3 years of age on migrant women employment participation and the intergenerational and household registration heterogeneity of this influence,and further test the moderating effect of family characteristics.The research results show that the father care of migrant children under 3 years old has a significant positive incentive for migrant women to participate in employment.Compared with mothers who take care of migrant children under 3 years old alone,father care increases the probability of migrant women’s participation in employment by about 35.4%,and this effect is heterogeneous in terms of generation and household registration.In addition,a further interaction effect test also found that the family economic status and the age of the migrant children under 3 years old play a positive moderating effect,that is,the positive influence about father care of the minimum age of migrant children on the employment participation of migrant women becomes more obvious because the better the family economic status and the older the migrant children under 3 years old.
