摘要
目前国内应用较广泛的两种导波激发方式分别为压电效应和磁致伸缩式效应,这两种超声导波在实际检测过程中存在较多不同点,且满足超声导波检测标准中规定的对比试样和灵敏度设置条件在现场应用中存在一定的困难。采用CIVA软件进行仿真并与对比试管检测验证,对两种超声导波的检测效果进行了比对分析,结果表明:压电导波在长距离检测中更有优势,磁致伸缩导波在短距离检测中更有优势。
At present,piezoelectric effect and magnetostrictive effect are widely used in China.There were many differences between these two types of ultrasonic guided waves in the actual testing process,and it was difficult to meet the comparative sample and sensitivity settings specified in the ultrasonic guided wave testing standards in field applications.The CIVA software was used for simulation and verified with the test tube test results.The test results of the two ultrasonic guided waves were compared and analyzed.The results showed that piezoelectric guided waves had more advantages in long-distance detection,and magnetostrictive guided waves had more advantages in short-distance detection.
