玉米秸秆酵素堆肥腐熟度指标变化研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨农用植物酵素堆肥(简称酵素堆肥)腐熟度进程,指导农民自制安全、稳定、无害化堆肥,设置添加土著酵素腐熟菌剂和无添加两组、采用高温好氧发酵堆肥工艺进行堆肥实验,对堆体温度、pH、电导率、E4/E6、发芽率、物理感官等腐熟度指标进行研究。结果表明:酵素堆肥与清水堆肥发酵总体趋势基本一致,温度先升高后降低,pH、电导率(EC)、E4/E6、种子发芽率(SG)均随堆肥进行逐渐上升;添加菌剂有利于提高并保持堆温,加快并提高种子发芽率,促进堆肥矿化和腐殖化进程,对pH、EC、E4/E6等腐熟度指标影响不大;主发酵结束时物料布满菌丝,但种子发芽率和E4/E6未达到腐熟度标准。 In order to prepare home-made stable and environment-friendly compost,investigation of the composting process regarding agricultural plant ferment was conducted.In particular,two sets of compost with and without agricultural plant ferment were considered and high-temperature aerobic fermentation method was applied.Maturity indices including compost temperature,pH value,electric conductivity(EC),E4/E6,rate of seed germination(SG)and physical sense of the compost were measured.The results showed that the measured indices generally follow similar trends during the composting processes for the two sets of compost.The temperature increases at first and then decreases,while the pH value,EC,E4/E6 as well as SG keep increasing throughout the composting process.When using bacteria,the temperature can be increased and maintained,thus accelerating and improving SG.As a result,the process of mineralization and humification can be enhanced.However,there is limited effect on pH value,EC as well as E4/E6.It was also observed that the sample is fully covered with hypha when the main fermentation is finished,while SG and E4/E6 are still insufficient to meet the criterion of compost maturity.
