摘要
传统的电路故障自动检修系统大多针对固定类型的故障进行检测,而且系统运行时的计算复杂、对硬件资源占用过高,影响了检修系统的实际使用效果。针对以上问题,设计了基于FPGA的全桥软开关电路故障自动检修系统。在传统系统的硬件部分基础上,设计FPGA控制模块和信号生成、采集模块。系统检修信号进行分频处理后,利用处理后的信号和专家系统实现对电路故障的自动检修。通过与传统系统的对比实验,验证了基于FPGA的检修系统对电路故障的覆盖率高于91%,吞吐量约为传统系统的2.55倍,能够有效降低对硬件资源的占用,具有实际使用价值。
Most of the traditional circuit fault automatic maintenance systems are aimed at the detection of fixed types of faults,and the complex calculation during the operation of the system and the high occupancy of hardware resources affect the actual use effect of the maintenance system.Aiming at the above problems,an automatic fault maintenance system of full-bridge soft switch circuit based on FPGA is designed.Based on the hardware part of the traditional system,FPGA control module and signal generation and acquisition module are designed.After frequency division processing of system maintenance signal,automatic maintenance of circuit fault is realized by using the processed signal and expert system.Through the comparison experiment with the traditional system,it is verified that the coverage rate of the FPGA-based maintenance system for circuit fault is higher than 91%,and the throughput is about 2.55 times that of the traditional system,which can effectively reduce the occupation of hardware resources and has practical use value.
