摘要
目的探讨医务人员焦虑抑郁障碍与工作压力和应对方式及社会支持的关系。方法选择2017年3月—2019年10月在秦皇岛市第一医院工作的医务人员412名作为调查对象,用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、工作压力评价量表、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)及社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对本次全部调查对象开展调查,汇总各量表得分情况,利用Pearson相关检验法分析焦虑抑郁障碍与工作压力和应对方式及社会支持的相关性。结果共186名医务人员存在焦虑障碍,占45.15%,且秦皇岛市第一医院医务人员SAS得分均值与国内常模比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);共149名医务人员存在抑郁障碍,占36.17%,且秦皇岛市第一医院医务人员SAS得分均值与国内常模比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同焦虑和抑郁状态下医务人员工作压力、SSRS、TCSQ各维度评定结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,医务人员焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍同工作压力各维度和TCSQ中消极应对呈正相关,SSRS各维度和TCSQ中积极应对呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论医务人员焦虑抑郁障碍与工作压力、应对方式和社会支持关系密切,管理部门应根据影响因素,从多方面着手减轻医务人员工作压力。医务人员自身也应合理选择应对方式,充分利用社会资源,调整自身的生理和心理状态。
Objective To explore the relationships between anxiety and depression disorders and work pressure,coping style,social support in medical staff.Methods Totally 412 medical workers working in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects,and all the subjects were investigated with Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),job stress scale,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).The scores of these scales were summarized.Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlations between anxiety and depression disorders and work stress,coping style,social support.Results The detection of anxiety disorders showed that a total of 186 medical workers had anxiety disorder,accounting for 45.15%,and the difference between the mean SAS score of medical staff in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao and the national norm was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection of depression disorders showed that a total of 149 medical workers had depression,accounting for 36.17%,and the difference between the mean SAS score of medical staff in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao and the national norm was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were st-atistically significant differences in the scores of work stress,SSRS and TCSQ and dimensions among medical staff in different anxiety and depression states(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that anxiety disorder and depression disorder of medical staff were positively correlated with all dimensions of work pressure and negative coping in TCSQ,and negatively correlated with all dimensions of SSRS and positive coping in TCSQ(all P<0.05).Conclusion Anxiety and depression disorders of medical staff are closely related to work pressure,coping style and social support.The management department should reduce the work pressure of medical staff from various aspects according to the influencing factors.Medical staff should also choose reasonable coping style,make full use of social resources and adjust their physiological and psychological state.
