摘要
可控离子渗入(PIP)作为一种环保型耐磨、防腐蚀处理新工艺,具有耐磨性能佳、耐蚀性能优异等优点,已经开始应用于兵器、工程机械的钢铁零部件。基于沿海地区雷达天线车的活塞杆发生锈蚀而导致液压油缸工作故障的背景,通过试验研究,对5种活塞杆常用钢铁材料PIP渗层的金相组织、显微硬度、耐磨性能、耐蚀性能和油漆附着力进行了测试分析,并与QPQ渗层、硬铬镀层进行了相关性能对比。研究结果表明,PIP渗层耐磨、耐蚀性能优良,该工艺可替代QPQ、电镀硬铬等传统工艺并作为液压油缸活塞杆、销轴等运动摩擦构件的耐磨、防腐蚀处理工艺,尤其对于严酷海洋环境下服役的电子设备,具有广阔的应用前景。
Programmable ion permeation(PIP)treatment,as a new environment friendly wear-resisting and anti-corrosion treatment process,had the advantages of good wear resistance,excellent corrosion resistance,which has been used in the steel parts of weapons and construction machinery.On account of working failure of hydraulic cylinder caused by piston rod corrosion of radar antenna vehicles in coastal area,the metallographic structure,micro hardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistance and paint adhesion of PIP layer on five kinds of general iron and steel materials were tested and analyzed,and compared with related characters of QPQ layer and hard chromium layer.The research results showed that PIP processing layer had excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance and it could be used as a wear-resisting and anti-corrosion treatment process for moving friction components such as hydraulic cylinder piston rods and pins as a replacement for QPQ,durionise and other traditional processes.It could used as wear resistance and corrosion resistance process of kinetic friction parts of hydraulic cylinder piston rod,pin roll and so on,especially for electronic equipment used in harsh marine environments,PIP process had a broad application prospect.
