摘要
整理了业内大中型高炉使用的430余组冶金焦样本的常规质量指标(灰分A、硫分S、挥发分V、抗碎强度M_(40)、抗磨强度M_(10)、反应性CRI、反应后强度CSR),并进行了相关性分析。分析结果显示:在冶金焦炭常规质量指标中,CRI与CSR有高度负相关性,M_(40)与M_(10)有显著的负相关性,其余指标之间不存在显著的线性相关。在此基础上,通过降维处理,对河钢邯钢高炉用的14种焦炭进行了聚类分析,进一步验证了通过因子分析提取出的4个公共因子对冶金焦炭质量的描述与评价是全面、科学的,可为大中型高炉用焦的分类、搭配和使用提供指导。
The conventional quality indexes(ash A,sulfur S,volatile V,crushing strength M_(40),wear strength M_(10),reactive CRI,post reaction strength CSR)of more than 430 groups metallurgical coke samples used in large and medium-sized blast furnaces in the industry were sorted out,and the correlation analysis was carried out.The results showed that there was a high negative correlation between CRI and CSR,a significant negative correlation between M_(40) and M_(10),and no significant linear correlation among other indexes.On this basis,the cluster analysis of 14 kinds of coke used in HBIS Hanteel blast furnace is carried out through dimension reduction,which further verifies that the 4 common factors extracted by factor analysis are comprehensive and scientific in the description and evaluation of metallurgical coke quality,which can provide guidance for the classification,collocation and usage of coke used in large and medium-sized blast furnace.
