摘要
介绍了热镀锌汽车板卷渗油后的表面特征以及给汽车主机厂环境和生产带来的不利影响;分析了原料板形、钢卷板边部尖端放电效应、钢卷卷取张力、存储温度和时间以及吊装运输等因素对热镀锌汽车板卷渗油造成的影响,同时提出了控制措施。通过深入研究,提出了将防锈油桶加热至35℃以上,防止油品中触变剂低温析出;规范涂油操作,防止不同油品掺混;制定橡胶挤压辊检查和更换周期,减少其磨损对渗油影响的深度解决方案。同时指出,引起热镀锌汽车板卷渗油的原因很多,应全面分析和甄别,积极采取相应的管控措施加以解决。
This paper introduces the surface characteristics of hot-dip galvanized automobile coil after oil leakage and the adverse effects on the environment and production of automobile main engine plant;analyzes the influence of raw material shape,edge tip discharge effect of steel coil,coiling tension of steel coil,storage temperature and time,hoisting and transportation and other factors on the oil leakage of hot-dip galvanized automobile coil,and puts forward the control measures.Through research,the deep solutions are put forward including heating the antirust oil barrel above 35℃to prevent the thixotropic agent from separating out at low temperature;standardizing the oil coating operation to prevent the mixing of different oil products;formulating the inspection and replacement cycle of rubber extrusion roll to reduce the impactits wear on oil leakage.At the same time,it is pointed out that there are many causes of oil leakage in hot-dip galvanized automobile sheet coil,which should be comprehensively analyzed and screened,and corresponding control measures should be actively taken to solve the problem.
