一卡通门禁系统在大柳塔煤矿的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对煤矿井下变电所、水泵房和火药库矿用门,设计了煤矿井下一卡通门禁系统。系统采用防爆电路、远距离通信抗干扰和电磁兼容设计,可适应井下高、低温和交变湿热的环境;系统软件采用服务器 + 工作站的形式的模块化设计,可与其他自控系统兼容,实现真正一卡通。系统针对大柳塔煤矿实际情况,采用新型矿用门,结构更加美观、结实,接线采用隐蔽布局,防止矿用门从外部破坏,保证门禁安全。一卡通门禁系统在大柳塔煤矿成功应用,大幅提高了整个矿区重要场所矿用门的管理智能化水平。 For the door of substation,water pump house and powder magazine in underground colliery,a one-card access control system used in underground colliery was designed.The system was designed by explosion-proof circuit,long-distance communication anti-interference and electromagnetic compatibility,was able to adapt to the harsh environment of high and low temperature as well as alternating humidity and heat.The software of the system adopted the modular design in the form of server + workstation,and was compatible with other automatic control system,so as to achieve real one-card access control.According to actual situation of Daliuta Colliery,a new-type mine-used door was applied,which was more beautiful in appearance and more solid in structure.Wiring was laid in concealed mode to prevent the mine-used door from being damaged from the outside and ensure the access control system safe.The successful application of the one-card access control system in Daliuta Colliery greatly enhanced the intelligent management level of the mine-used door in important places of the whole mining area.
