摘要
针对松原地区电网发电计划的编制与调整仍然依靠人工决策,缺乏火电、水电和新能源发电计划协调编制及新能源消纳能力分析功能等问题,设计了多源发电计划协调编制系统。该系统依托D5000平台,采用J2EE技术框架,XML技术解析语法,监控和数据采集(supervisory control and data acquisition,SCADA)数据作为基础的Oracle数据库,应用软件系统功能模块部署在Web Service,并详细介绍系统四种功能模块,分别是数据申报与信息发布模块、新能源消纳分析模块、监控分析模块、考核评估模块,并以吉林晶科光伏为例进行测试,结果表明,该系统可实现发电计划数据在线监控、可视化考核等功能,可大大规避实时调度运行风险,同时也为地区经济和行业的发展提供了稳固的电力保障。
In view of the problems that the power generation planning and adjustment in Songyuan area still rely on manual decision-making,lack of coordination of thermal power,hydropower and new energy generation planning and analysis function of new energy consumption capacity,this paper designs a multi-source power generation planning coordination system.The system relies on D5000 platform,adopts J2EE technology framework,XML technology parsing syntax,supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)data as the basic Oracle database,and the application software system function module is deployed in Web service.This paper introduces four functional modules of the system in detail,which are data declaration and information release module,new energy consumption analysis module,monitoring analysis module,assessment and evaluation module.Taking Jilin Jingke photovoltaic as an example,the test results show that the system can realize online monitoring and visual assessment of power generation planning data,which can greatly avoid the real-time dispatching operation risk,and also provide a stable power guarantee for the development of regional economy and industry.
