摘要
为了获得磁流体动力学惯性动量轮直接的输入输出关系并进行实物应用,根据模型条件基于其工作原理建立了核心组件导电流体环的物理特性模型,按照一定的结构条件推导了电流驱动模式下输入电流和流体流速之间的传递函数,设计实施了原理样机和驱动电路,以气浮转台模拟卫星作为动量轮的负载实现了开环测试。结果验证了导电流体环物理特性模型的正确性,并通过实物测试实验反映出该动量轮的输出力矩和角动量具有较好的线性度,对推动磁流体动力学惯性动量轮的实用化发展具有重要意义。
In order to obtain the direct input-output relationship of MHD inertial momentum wheel and carry out practical application,the physical characteristic model of the core component conductive fluid ring is established based on its working principle according to the model conditions. The transfer function between the input current and the fluid velocity under the current driven mode is deduced according to certain structural conditions,and the principle prototype and driving circuit are designed and implemented,The air bearing turntable is used to simulate the satellite as the load of momentum wheel to realize the Open-loop test. The results verify the correctness of the physical characteristic model of the conducting fluid ring,and the good linearity of the output torque and angular momentum of the momentum wheel is reflected by the physical test experiment,which is of great significance to promote the practical development of MHD inertial momentum wheel.
