青少年健身锻炼行为评价指标体系的构建研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的明确青少年健身锻炼行为评价指标体系,为青少年健身锻炼行为评价提供有效的测量工具。方法采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、层次分析法、比较分析法等研究方法,构建青少年健身锻炼行为评价指标体系。结果通过两轮专家调查,专家的积极系数均为90%以上(>70%即可),专家的权威系数均为0.8以上(>0.7即可),说明专家选取较好;形成的青少年健身锻炼行为评价指标体系包括8个一级指标、37个二级指标、77个三级指标,且该评价指标体系具有较好的信效度;最终形成中学生健身锻炼行为评价指标体系的权重系数。结论青少年健身锻炼行为评价指标体系具有较好的信效度,能够为青少年健身锻炼行为评价提供有效测量工具。 Objective To define the evaluation index system of adolescent fitness exercise behavior,and provide an effective measurement tool for adolescent fitness exercise behavior evaluation.Methods The establishment of adolescent fitness exercise behavior evaluation index system was through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,analytic hierarchy process,comparative analysis and other research methods.Results Through 2 rounds of expert surveys,the positive coefficients of the experts were above 90%and the authority coefficients of the experts were above 0.8,which indicated that the selection of experts was better.The evaluation index system of adolescent fitness and exercise behavior consisted of 8 first-level indexes,37 second-level indexes and 77 third-level indexes,and the evaluation index system had good reliability and validity.Finally the weight coefficient of middle school students’fitness exercise behavior evaluation index system was good.Conclusion The evaluation index system of adolescent fitness and exercise behavior has good reliability and validity,which can provide effective measurement tools for adolescent fitness and exercise behavior evaluation.
