适于樱桃番茄栽培的草炭减量基质筛选 被引量:5

摘要 以稻壳发酵料、椰糠为主要原料和草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩为辅料,按照不同体积比混配成3个基质配方,以商品基质为对照(CK),研究不同配方基质对樱桃番茄产量和品质的影响。结果表明,T2处理樱桃番茄果实中番茄红素和可溶性糖含量最高,分别比CK高出8.7%和19.8%,差异显著,CK和T3处理次之;有机酸和VC含量以CK最高,显著高于其它处理,依次表现为CK>T2>T1>T3;所有处理的可溶性蛋白含量无显著差异。T2处理产量较高,比CK高12.1%,但差异不显著,T1与CK亦无显著差异,但均显著高于T3。综上可知,草炭∶稻壳发酵料∶椰糠∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶3∶3∶2∶1,即T2处理(草炭减少20%),番茄产量较高,亦有利于改善番茄果实品质,可作为樱桃番茄栽培专用基质在生产中推广应用。 The effects of different substrate formula on the yield and quality of cherry tomato were studied using rice husk fermented material and coconut as main materials and peat,vermiculite and perlite as supplementary materials.According to different volume ratios,they were mixed to three substrate formulas,and a kind of commercial cultivation substrate was used as control.The results showed that under T2 treatment,the content of lycopene and soluble sugar in cherry tomato fruits was the highest,which was 8.7%and 19.8%higher than that under CK treatment and reached the significant level;it was followed by CK and T3 treatment.The content of organic acid and VC was the highest under CK treatment,which was significantly higher than that of the other treatments sequencing as CK>T2>T1>T3.There was no significant difference in soluble protein content among different treatments.The yield of T2 treatment was 12.1%higher than that of CK treatment,but the difference was not significant.There was no significant difference between CK and T1 treatment,and both them were significantly higher compared with T3 treatment.In summary,under T2 treatment(peat∶rice husk fermented material∶coconut residue∶vermiculite∶perlite=1∶3∶3∶2∶1,reducing 20%of peat),the tomato yield was higher and the fruit quality was improved,so it could be widely used in cherry tomato production as a specialized substrate.
