摘要
排烟热损失是锅炉各项热损失的重要组成部分,以某600 MW燃煤机组为研究对象,阐述了烟气余热深度利用改造的原则,提出了分别采用钢材和氟塑料的两级换热技术方案,进行了系统的设计和参数的计算。该项目改造后可降低煤耗2.5 g/(kW·h),同时改善了电除尘效率和湿法脱硫水耗指标,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The heat loss of exhaust gas has a significant impact on the boiler thermal efficiency.For a 600 MW coal-fired unit,the renovation principle and technology scheme of deep utilization of waste heat from flue gas is proposed in the paper.The waste heat recovery system contains a two-stage heat exchanger,which is made of steel and fluoroplastic,and the key parameters are also analyzed in the paper.The project could reduce the coal consumption rate by 2.5 g/(kW·h).Meanwhile,the efficiency of electric dust removal and the water consumption rate of wet flue gas desulfurization is improved.The project has good economic and social benefits.
