摘要
目的探索王不留行经过炮制(清炒)后多糖含量的变化情况。方法采用了水提醇沉法提取多糖,DNS法测定多糖含量,并且通过精密度实验.稳定性实验、重复性试验和加样回收等指标评价该方法。结果﹑使用葡萄糖作为对照品,回归方程为Y=2.1075X+0.0034,相关系数R^(2)=0.9985,精密度实验RSD=0.36%,稳定性实验RSD=0.28%,重复性实验RSD=0.36%,0.15%,0.34%,0.16%,平均加样回收率为100.12%,RSD=1.38%,(n=5)。结论王不留行炮制后多糖含量有少量增加。
Objective To explore the changes of polysaccharide content in Vaccaria segetalis after processing(stir-frying).Methods Water extraction and alcohol precipitation were used to extractpolysaccharide,DNS method was used to determine polysaccharide content,and precisionexperiment,stability experiment,repeatability test and sample recovery were used to evaluate themethod.Results Glucose was used as control,,regression equation was Y=2.1075X+0.0034,corelation coefficient R^(2)=0.9985.RSD of precision experiment=0.36%,RSD of stability experiment=0.28%,RSD of repeatability experiment=0.36%,0.15%,0.34%,0.16%,average recovery rate ofsample addition is 100.12%,R.SD=1.38%e,(n=5).Conclusions The results prove that the content ofpolysaccharide after processing in Vaccaria segetalis has slightly increased.
