摘要
目的:探究老年牙周病患者感染病原菌的影响因素及抗菌药物应用方案。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治老年牙周病患者30例,作为观察组;选取同期接受健康体检的老年人30名,作为对照组。观察组给予病原菌检测,对照组调查一般资料,分析老年牙周病患者感染病原菌的影响因素。观察组分别给予甲硝唑、替硝唑、奥硝唑抗菌药物治疗,观察疗效。结果:老年牙周病患者病原菌感染与受教育程度、不良口腔卫生习惯、吸烟、合并糖尿病等因素密切相关(P<0.05)。30例老年牙周病患者中,共检测病原菌51株,其中伴放线菌、牙龈卟啉单细胞菌以及生痰二氧化碳嗜纤维菌所占比例最高;经过不同的抗菌药物治疗,奥硝唑组及替硝唑组病原菌清除率高于甲硝唑组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不良的卫生习惯、吸烟、合并糖尿病等均会造成老年牙周病患者感染病原菌,要养成良好的卫生习惯,定期实施牙周检查,确保口腔健康。
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of pathogens infection in elderly patients with periodontal disease and the application of antimicrobial agents.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,30 cases of elderly patients with periodontal disease were enrolled as observation group.30 elderly people who underwent physical examination during the same period were enrolled as the control group.The observation group was given pathogen detection,while the control group surveyed general data to analyze the influencing factors of pathogen infection in elderly patients with periodontal disease.The observation group was given metronidazole,tinidazole and ornidazole antibacterial drugs to observe the efficacy.Results:The infection of pathogenic bacteria in elderly patients with periodontal disease was closely related to the degree of education,bad oral hygiene,smoking history and diabetes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Of 30 elderly patients with periodontal disease,51 strains were detected,among them,Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans,Porphyromonas gingivalis and capnocytophaga account for the highest proportions.After different antimicrobial treatments,the clearance rate of pathogens in ornidazole group and tinidazole group was significantly higher than that in metronidazole group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Poor hygiene habits,smoking history and diabetes can all cause pathogenic bacteria in elderly patients with periodontal disease.Good hygiene should be developed and periodontal examinations should be performed regularly to ensure oral health.
