摘要
指出了沙产业是实现生态保护,经济发展、人民脱贫致富的重要衡量指标。近30年,专家学者们对沙产业的研究热度始终未减,初步形成了比较完整的理论框架,但对其未来发展各抒己见,见解尽不相同。从沙产业的发展历程出发,以库布齐沙漠为基准,采用文献与调研综合分析法,对库布齐沙产业模式进行了定量与定性分析,得出库布齐沙产业模式不仅改善了沙漠生态环境,而且也带动了区域经济的发展,对沙产业的可持续发展有着积极的作用,但仍然存在一些问题。因此,在此基础上,针对沙产业模式存在的问题提出了可持续发展的对策。
The sand industry is an important measurement index for realizing ecological protection,economic development,and people’s poverty alleviation.In the past 30 years,the research enthusiasm of experts and scholars on the sand industry has not diminished,and a relatively complete theoretical framework has been initially formed.People have expressed their opinions on its future development.Starting from the development process of the sand industry,this paper uses the Kubuqi Desert as a benchmark,and uses the comprehensive analysis method of literature and research to conduct a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Kubuqi sand industrial model.It is concluded that the Kubuqi sand industrial model not only improves the ecological environment of desert,but also promoted the development of the regional economy,which has a positive effect on the sustainable development of the sand industry.However,there are still some problems.Therefore,on this basis,a sustainable development strategy should be given to the problems in the sand industrial model.
