摘要
目的探讨电动止血仪联合手术室护理干预在四肢骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2020年4月在南方医科大学南海医院进行手术治疗的80例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用手术室护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合电动止血仪干预,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢骨折患者接受电动止血仪联合手术室护理干预可降低术后并发症发生率,缩短患者的康复时间,提高其护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electrostatic hemostasis combined with operating room nursing intervention in patients with limb fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with limb fractures who underwent surgical treatment in Nanhai Hospital of Southern Medical University from February 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with operating room nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with electric hemostasis instrument intervention on the basis of the control group,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The postoperative activity time out of bed,fracture healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with limb fracture receiving electrostatic apparatus combined with operating room nursing intervention is more conducive to reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,and can shorten the recovery time of patients,reduce the physical burden and economic pressure of patients.
