云计算模式下的继电保护定值优化算法 被引量:13

摘要 由于电力系统网络规模的不断扩大,继电保护整定对计算机计算及存储能力的要求也随之升高。为此,将云计算引入到电力系统继电保护整定计算中来,论述了云计算在电力系统数据中心中的应用,并提出了基于云计算的整定计算平台架构;接着,对云计算模式下的继电保护定值优化方法进行研究,建立了继电保护定值优化模型,基于并行遗传算法对其进行优化;最后,通过算例分析证明了所提算法可以有效满足保护定值中的灵敏度和选择性要求,充分证明该方法的优越性与合理性。 Due to the continuous expansion of power system network scale,the requirements of relay setting on computer computing and storage capacity are also increasing. For this reason,cloud computing was introduced into the setting calculation of power system relay protection. The application of cloud computing in power system data center was discussed,and the setting calculation platform architecture based on cloud computing was proposed. Then,it studied the optimization method of relay settings in cloud computing mode,established the optimization model of relay settings,and optimized it based on parallel genetic algorithm. Finally,an example was given to demonstrate that the proposed algorithm could effectively meet the sensitivity and selectivity requirements of the protection settings,and fully prove the superiority and rationality of the method.
