摘要
永磁同步电机(PMSM)具有功率和转矩密度高等特点,已广泛应用于大功率、重负载等变频驱动领域,其中无速度传感器矢量控制和带速重投控制技术为重要部分。为此介绍一种基于反电动势锁相环控制的转子位置和转速估算方法及定子电压前馈控制策略,实现了PMSM无速度传感器矢量控制及带速重投控制。实验结果验证了该估算方法和控制策略的正确性和有效性,为PMSM的传动应用领域提供技术保障。
Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the characteristics of the high power density and torque density,it has been widely used in high power,heavy load and other variable frequency drive fields,and the technologies of speed sensorless vector control and restarting at unknow speed control are the important parts of the control system.So a rotor position and speed estimation method based on back electromotive force phase locked loop control and a stator voltage feedforward control strategy are introduced,which are used to realize the speed sensorless vector control and restarting at unknow speed control of PMSM.The experimental results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the estimation method and control strategy,they provid technical support for the field of transmission application of PMSM.
