摘要
针对目前高压除尘电源对细微颗粒粉尘除尘效果不佳,难以实现去除宽范围直径粉尘的问题,提出一种可去除宽范围直径粉尘的高压直流脉冲电源。该电源采用倍压整流方式实现高压直流基压,采用脉冲整流方式实现叠加高压脉冲,可实现高压直流基压叠加高压脉冲的波形控制。该电源提高输出电压峰值的同时减小了平均电压,不仅可提高细微颗粒粉尘的除尘效果,还降低了电源的能耗。同时,搭建了高压直流脉冲电源电路仿真模型,验证了波形控制策略的正确性。最后,搭建了可去除宽范围直径粉尘的高压直流脉冲电源系统样机,并通过实验验证了除尘效果。
In order to solve the problems that the current high voltage power supply for dedusting has poor effect on the fine particle dust,and it is difficult to dedust in wide-diameters range,a high voltage DC pulse power supply for dedusting in wide-diameters range is proposed.In this power supply,the underlying high DC voltage is realized by using voltage-multiplying rectifier,and the superposition high voltage pulse is realized by the pulse mode rectifier.The controlled wave is formed by overlaying high pulse voltage on underlying high DC voltage.This power supply not only increases the peak output voltage but also reduces the average voltage,which can not only improve the dedusting effect of fine particles,but also reduce the energy consumption of the power supply.At the same time,a simulation model of high voltage DC pulse power supply circuit is established to verify the correctness of waveform control strategy.Finally,a prototype of high voltage DC pulsed power supply system that can remove dust of wide range and diameter is built,and the dedusting effect is verified by experiment.
