摘要
针对轻轨车辆用永磁同步电机弱磁区控制方式开展研究,分析了永磁同步电机在弱磁区运行时电压极限圆和电流极限圆的变化趋势,讨论了弱磁区电机电流给定方式,设计了可用于恒转矩调节的弱磁控制器并说明其基本原理。对弱磁控制器中出现的比例积分(PI)调节器饱和现象采用抗饱和解决方案,对弱磁区脉冲调制方式进行分析,采用混合脉冲调制方式解决了弱磁区电压脉冲数量较少的问题。试验表明,所提弱磁控制器能够保证轻轨车辆永磁电机弱磁区稳定运行,易于工程化实现,满足轻轨车辆运行时转矩输出要求。
The control method of the field weak magnetic region of permanent magnet synchronous motor for light rail vehicle is studied.The trend of the voltage limit circle and the current limit circle when the permanent magnet synchronous motor operates in the field weak magnetic region is analyzed.The current setting method of the motor in the field weak magnetic region is discussed.The field weak magnetic controller which can be used for constant torque regulation is designed and its basic principle is explained.The anti-windup solution is adopted to solve the problem of proportion integral(PI)regulator saturation in the field weak magnetic controller.The pulse modulation mode in the field weak magnetic region is analyzed.The mixed pulse modulation method is adopted to solve the problem of less voltage pulses in the field weak magnetic region.The experiment shows that the flux weak magnetic controller can ensure the stable operation of the flux weak magnetic region of the permanent magnet motor of the light rail vehicle,which is easy to be realized in engineering and meets the torque output requirements of the light rail vehicle.
