摘要
目的比较iRoot BP Plus、三氧化矿物聚合体(MTA)材料在龋源性去腐露髓的成熟恒牙行直接盖髓术治疗中的应用效果。方法抽取山西医科大学口腔医院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的因龋源性去腐露髓患者65例共成熟恒牙65颗,根据盖髓材料将其分为两组,对照组30例,采用MTA材料直接盖髓治疗;观察组35例,采用iRoot BP Plus材料直接盖髓治疗。比较两组治疗时间、治疗后牙髓视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、牙髓活力情况、盖髓成功率、钙化桥形成率和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗时间[(34.02±5.06)min]少于对照组[(67.51±7.43)min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、3、6、12个月,两组VAS评分、牙髓活力评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者盖髓成功率、钙化桥形成率、不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论龋源性去腐露髓患者行直接盖髓术治疗中应用MTA材料、iRoot BP Plus材料,均可达到较好的治疗效果,但iRoot BP Plus材料在术中操作更方便,治疗时间更短。
Objective To compare the application effects of iRoot BP plus and mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA)materials in direct pulp capping for carious decayed mature permanent teeth with pulp exposure.Methods A total of 65 mature permanent teeth of 65 patients treated in Stomatological Hospital,Shanxi Medical University from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.And they were divided into two groups according to the pulp capping materials.The control group(30 cases)was treated by direct pulp capping with MTA material,and the observation group(35 cases)was treated by direct pulp capping with iRoot BP plus material.The treatment time,postoperative pulp visual analogue scale(VAS)score,pulp vitality,pulp capping success rate,calcification bridge formation rate,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment time of the observation group was(34.02±5.06)min,less than the(67.51±7.43)min of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score or pulp vitality score between the two groups 1,3,6 and 12 months after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the success rate of pulp capping,calcification bridge formation rate,or incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions MTA material and iRoot BP plus material can achieve good therapeutic effect in direct pulp capping treatment of patients with carious and exposed pulp;but iRoot BP plus material is more convenient in operation,and can shorten treatment time.
