摘要
以苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBC)和增黏树脂为主体,通过双螺杆挤出机制备了自黏保护膜用热熔压敏胶黏性粒子;再将黏性粒子作为内层压敏胶,聚乙烯作为中间层和外层,通过三层共挤吹膜制得PE自黏性保护膜。主要考察了增黏树脂用量对黏性粒子综合性能的影响,温度和时间对自黏性保护膜的剥离强度的影响,胶含量对剥离强度、不同基材的黏性以及耐候性等性能的影响。研究结果表明:当增黏树脂用量为35%时,黏性粒子综合性能较佳,与行业中常用的吹膜料(LDPE 2420H)在450~1300 s^(-1)剪切范围内匹配性较好。共挤自黏保护膜总厚为45μm,胶含量为8%时,在不锈钢镜面板和拉丝板的初始剥离强度分别为3.8和2.6 N/(25 mm),经室温7 d后增黏幅度分别为5.2%和23.1%,75℃烘烤72 h后增黏幅度分别为7.9%和50.0%,基材表面无残胶和析出污染。随胶含量增加,剥离强度随之线性上升,在拉丝板上比镜面板上的上升率更高。所制保护膜对PC、玻璃、铝、硬质PVC等不同基材都有较好的黏性保护作用。当采用黑白膜作为背层,户外耐候及残胶性有大幅提升。
Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive particles for self-adhesive protective film were prepared by twin-screw extruder with styrene block copolymer(SBC)and tackifying resin as main materials.Then PE selfadhesive protective film was prepared by three-layer coextrusion blowing film process,in which the adhesive particles were used as inner layer pressure sensitive adhesive,and polyethylene as middle layer and outer layer.The effects of the amount of tackifying resin on the comprehensive properties of adhesive particles,the effects of temperature and time on the peel strength of self-adhesive protective film,the effects of the amount of adhesive on the peel strength,viscosity of different substrates and weatherability were mainly investigated.The research results showed that when the amount of tackifying resin was 35%,the comprehensive properties of the adhesive particles were relatively good,and the compatibility with the film blowing material(LDPE 2420 H)commonly used in the industry was excellent in the shear range of 450-1300 s^(-1).When the total thickness of the coextrusion selfadhesive protective film was 45μm and the amount of adhesive was 8%,the initial peel strength of the stainless steel mirror plate and the wire drawing plate was 3.8 and 2.6 N/(25 mm),respectively.After 7 d at room temperature,the viscosity increasing range was 5.2%and 23.1%,respectively.After heating at 75℃for 72 h,the viscosity increasing range was 7.9%and 50.0%,respectively.There was no residual adhesive and precipitation pollution on the surface of substrate.With the increase of the amount of adhesive,the peel strength increased linearly,and the rising rate on the wire drawing plate was higher than that on the mirror plate.The protective film prepared had relatively good adhesive protection for PC,glass,aluminum,rigid PVC and other substrates.When the black and white film was used as the back layer,the outdoor weather resistance and adhesive residue were greatly improved.
